LoL Tier List — Patch 26.12 (All Roles)
The patch 26.12 tier list for every role, updated after the support item overhaul, the Lee Sin and Orianna nerfs, and the Tristana mid revival. The strongest solo queue picks for top, jungle, mid, ADC, and support.
Patch 26.12 reshaped the meta in two moves: the 26.11 support overhaul pushed tanks like Leona back into the bot lane, and 26.12's pro-play nerfs (Lee Sin, Nocturne, Orianna, Ryze, Varus) opened the jungle and mid lane to skirmishers and scaling mages. This tier list ranks the five strongest solo-queue picks per role, cross-referenced from public win-rate aggregators and the official patch notes.
Top Lane
The newest top laner remains the lane's apex stat-check — durable, snowbally, and forgiving. Ban-worthy if you can't answer him.
The AD-heavy meta (Lee Sin, Varus top, marksmen everywhere) makes Malphite's armor stacking and point-and-click engage a free win button into the right draft.
Death Realm remains the great equalizer — isolate the enemy carry and win. Strong into the bruiser-heavy top meta.
Classic lane bully whose stock rises every time tanks return — and patch 26.11's tank-support push has bled into top picks too.
Still the most reliable climb pick in the role: simple, durable, and consistently above 51% win rate across ranks.
Jungle
Best skirmisher in the patch — resets and item flexibility make him the premier carry jungler now that Lee Sin's AD growth and Q damage were nerfed in 26.12.
Buffed in Arena and quietly strong on the Rift: early dueling, sustain, and objective control with almost no execution cost.
The classic low-elo terror scales hard into the longer games this meta produces. Punish teams without hard CC.
Patch 26.12's Q mana and E damage buffs landed — Jax jungle clears comfortably and out-duels almost everyone by two items.
All-in machine that thrives while Nocturne and Lee Sin, her main competition for the role, both took 26.12 nerfs.
Mid Lane
The safest mid in the game right now — point-and-click suppression, waveclear, and scaling while pro-tier mids (Orianna, Ryze) got nerfed out of the lane.
Assassins are back as mid bullies fall: Fizz punishes the immobile mages that remain and dodges the burst that used to delete him.
Statistically one of the strongest mids of the patch. The crit item tuning over recent patches keeps his two-item spike brutal.
The eternal safe pick: Charm picks win games and her 26.6 nerfs have long since been priced in. Excellent into the assassin uptick.
Scaling control mage that inherits Orianna's teamfight role after her 26.12 nerfs, without the nerfed base stats.
ADC (Bot Lane)
Lane-bully poke and the best teamfight ult in the role. The support meta shift toward engage tanks (26.11) suits her all-in windows perfectly.
Consistent in every meta — root setups from the returning Leona/Nautilus supports make his fourth shot land more than ever.
Hypercarry insurance pick: resets win the late game, and tank supports peel for her better than enchanters did.
Utility queen — permanent slows and free engage make her the easiest ADC to climb with this patch.
Still viable after the 26.10/26.11 nerf chain, but build crit, not bruiser — the Essence Reaver tech is dead.
Support
Top of the enchanter pile post-26.11: his kit dodged the Moonstone/Helia/Dream Maker nerfs better than Nami or Yuumi builds did.
Lost the Imperial Mandate synergy in 26.11 but her base kit remains the strongest trading enchanter in lane.
The biggest winner of the 26.11 support overhaul — Aftershock, Guardian, Locket, Knight's Vow, and Zeke's all got better, and they're all hers.
Roaming assassin support thrives in the post-26.9 role-quest world; gold from R executes funds the whole map.
The counterpick to the engage-tank wave her own meta created: Black Shield neuters Leona and Nautilus all-ins.
If you only take one thing from this list: play around the support meta shift. Engage tanks set the tempo of patch 26.12, so picks that exploit hard engage (Miss Fortune, Jhin) or counter it (Morgana) gain hidden value beyond their own win rates.
